Pricing questions
Credits are how we meter rendering. Roughly: 1 second of finished video = 1 credit. A 60-second talking-head video costs ~60 credits. Unused credits roll over for 60 days on any paid plan.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in one click from your billing page. Cancellations stop the next renewal; you keep access (and any remaining credits) until the current period ends.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Annual plans can also be invoiced for teams — email support@vlogme.ai.
If you haven't used any credits within 7 days of purchase, we'll refund in full — just email support. After that, unused credits stay on your account until the end of the billing period.
